thats a tough one, since i have done alot of work to find her original owner...i knocked on 2 blocks of doors where i found her, i posted signs, i notified animal control in 2 counties, and i'm currently getting yelled at on craigslist for posting too vague an ad for found dog! all this, and i still dont see any signs for lost dog on the street signs, no lost dog notice at the pounds, shes not microchipped, no vets have lost dog notices fitting her description...
i honestly think nobody cares.
unless the owner is disabled and CANT post a cardboard sign on the corner for their beloved pet,...
it would have to be a pretty good excuse why they havent looked for her for me to give her back.
