They are my kids, my son is 24 engaged and about to move out. My daughter is 17 (18) in Feb about to leave for college next year. They did not know about the clause in the lease. One reason I purchased a second one is because everyone will be gone soon. I don't won't Kodak to be lonely with me, so it's cool. I asked for your opinions so to Chachi, opinions won't be taken the wrong way. I am going to speak to my landlord before I get the new puppy in 2weeks. I am not a dishonest person, I just wanted to keep my pet. If I have to pay more, they are worth it.
I understand how you feel. My oldest Son went off to College a couple of years ago and it is so much quieter around her. I still have a young Daughter I am raising but its not the same without him around
