What a %^&*%, and such nerve! Sad thing is $22.00 from this person, $20.00 from someone else....... it adds up to hundreds that she has scammed from people.
All I can say is I'm so sorry to all members that she stole from and please keep trying to get your money back, stealing is a crime.
and she is probably counting on everyone to say its only a little bit of money and not worth fighting for. It is, don't let her get away with this.
