OH my heart goes out to you ... a month is not long enuf for your heart to heal ... it takes much longer, so if you feel you need to cry, just cry! Itz all you can do ... I know how alone you must feel ... Monday came into my life after my husband passed away, and I'd sit and cry with her in my arms ....
but as they say, "to never feel pain, is to never have loved" (or something like that) ....
so buy more tissues and hang in there .... my thoughts are with you.
