you can buy it anywhere really.. sav-ons, cvs, target, walmart etc.

I was gonna say "Aquaphor is great" also and then saw that you mentioned it. This was the one thing that got us through the baby stages. On my pediatrician's recommendation and after trying the samples he gave us, I bought a tub of this stuff. My kids are now 12 and 10 but we still occasionally use this for dry chapped cheeks and bad chapped lips. What we used it for when they were little was diaper rashes and chapped face (from drooling and weather changes and such). I tell every new mother I know about this stuff. One girl at work almost cried when it worked for her baby. Hers had a diaper rash that was so severe that it was almost bleeding. Nothing she tried was working. After 24-48 hours after starting the Aquaphor, it was almost completely healed. It's amazing! My mom uses it on her severely chapped lips also.

Yes, it looks just like Vaseline so that kinda throws people off but it's more of a "medicated Vaseline". If you can't find it on the pharmacy shelf, ask the pharmacist. A lot of times they have it behind the counter because they use it as a base for making some medications.
