This is so sad. All the pets out there that are suffering and she is intentionally out of ignorance and stupity abusing her dog. This is the first time reading this thread,.. while I am sitting at my desk at work eating my lunch...I have lost my appetite! Why do people like this have pets at all, they are not fashion accessories
I would have a talk with her, have her meet for lunch..(over lunch, take her plate away after she takes a bite or two and tell her that's all you get, your getting too big!)
..if she doesn't want to listen turn her in to the local Animal Control and call her vet's office and tell them your concerns. She has to eventually take the poor thing in for shots...
