I live in Chicago and I am hoping to get another opinion this week. If anyone lives near me and knows of a good vet, please let me know. Anything will help me right now. I just feel like they both said different things and I still don't know what to do. Should I take him to a board certified surgeon like the vet said, or take him to another vet?
