The tapeworms will show up in her poop. A dog doesn't always get tapeworms because they have fleas. Don't panic. It's just something that I thought you may want to watch for just in case. Many dogs have fleas and no tapeworms. If you're worried because she is acting sick or you see something in her poop, then get her checked but don't over react to it.
