The sad thing is there's thousands out there just like her.
That's why our shelters are full.
I feel sorry for any dogs with owners like that...people that act irresponsible claim to love their pets - but I just don't see it.
love means being responsible and keeping them out of harms way - didn't see that at all with this person.....but why waste time talking to a closed mind ? whoever she is... she'll do exactly what she wants ....you can tell by the attitude.
