Its really hard though, basically you have a shake/flapjack for breakfast, one for lunch and one for dinner. You have to drink at least 3 litres of water a day - cant eat a single thing and can only drink black tea and black coffee.
HEadaches and craving are bad for the first 4 days or so but after that its fine, your not hungry, not really any cravings.
Its the same as Atkins where it puts you into Ketosis for rapid weight loss.
