I got my Andis clippers and some different blades and accessories.... I am kind of at a loss as to changing the blades.

So you change the whole thing? Like with the #7, there are two blades together - well not welded... I know I sound like an idiot here..... but someone said to use like a 7 but to use a 30 or 40? What does that mean?

I did the best I could with them on my schnauzer. She actually looks pretty good - I'm surprised! She was so patient with me! I used a little trimmer on her face and feet but didn't get the hair between her paw pads - not quite sure how. Also her ears... they are floppy ones and I am kind of afraid to get around the edges. Do you use a scissors for that or a clipper?

anyhow, sorry for all the ?'s - the Andis is stumping me a bit and the directions that came with it weren't very extensive.
