My breeder emailed me today and told me that my puppies (6 weeks) are in excellent health, but either one or both (she didn't say for sure) have lingual hernias. She said they were easy to fix, but I have no idea what they even are. Do you think I am expected to pay to fix them, or is she? Also, how much does it cost to fix a lingual hernia?
