You should be able to find Smooth Move at your local health food store. But if you can't or find it's a little expensive, you can order it here for only $3.35 a box (and if you order 5 boxes [which I highly suggest because you're going to be using this tea daily], they are only $3.11 each -- so your total would be $15.55, plus shipping):
