I was diagnosed in 1984 and they put me on meds...I could not take them tho...mine acts up about once a month and not so bad...the worse it ever lasted was 45 minutes...I thought I was going to die and my hubby came really close to taking me to the hospital. I sleep mostly on my back but can also sleep on my sides. I know caffiene is not good and I do limit my coffee these days.
