Here they want to give them rabies shots asap. They really push it. FOr an indoor dog no less. It must be liability thing. I called a vet today and they want to load up my 3 month old with rabies and the rest of her 3rd shots and tag on a nice hefty office visit. My dog already went to a vet 10 days ago, need no examination again, just the dang shots. I missed her appt at the base vet due to weather conditions. If I could give her shots, I would (Ive tried in the past). 12 weeks seems mighty young for rabies shot.
