My daughter used it-she is now 3 months without. Her husband just started and he is 17 days. Both found it easy-without problems or cravings. Go for it you CAN do it. My daughter said she didn't realize how bad she smelled with it on her clothes and in her hair and now notices immediately how bad smokers smell when she meets them.
