I never really thought anyone would still be in existence that would be this uninformed and uneducated in the responsibilities of pet ownership. Shows you what I know. I shouldn't be surprised I guess. Now I remember why I won't sell a dog or puppy without spay/neuter being done before it leaves.
I am so sorry you managed to find someone that sold you that poor girl you have.
