Hey ,I have mitral valve prolaspe too.I t has been reaaly acting off lately.
Can you sleep on your left side? I have never been able too.My heart starts sputtering.My Doctor told me that was impoosible.I ran across a article online that stated tha. I was elated.I finally knew or should I say had proof it wasn't all in my head.
How long have you known you have had it?
Oh, and you know caffiene doesn't help it either. I still have mine though.
