I have spent the whole day reading this book and I just finished and tossed all of my cigarettes and ash trays in the garbage. I have quit several times in the past but this is the first time I feel excited and happy to be doing it. I know I'll have withdrawal since I am obviously addicted to nicotine but I know every time I feel an urge for a cigarette and don't have one I have just one a battle against the addiction. I really recommend this book.
