Another thing I forgot to add in my original post. When we had him crated in the laudry room at night, he would pee and poo in his crate (yes, the crate is small enough that he can't pee on one end and sleep on the other). I don't get it?
This is another reason I wanted him in our room at night, in case he did have to go, he could let us know instead of suffering. But apparently now he thinks I'll let him out every night to come play.
