I just got back from the vet and he said she has scratched her nasal area and now has a bacterial infection, so I have cream, antibiotics and antihistimines for her. I asked him about allergy testing and he said while we could do it he felt that she was too small for the skin testing and we would have to do the blood testing. He felt that since her allergies were more nasal than skin it probably wasn't food. He also said that the test usually comes back with such a big list of things that it is almost impossible to eliminate them all. He said that would leave allergy shots and with her liver condition he wouldn't want to give them to her. So I am going to keep giving her the antihistimines and clear up her infedtion and see what happens.
