Yes! She makes them - they are not the real flowers though, like the ones pictured in this link. They are still really (REALLY) pretty though.
When I first got that email (about the real flower puppies), I posted and I think several people found places that would make them. What I did, was print out the pictures and took them around to flower shops in my area. I did that w/ a picture of a "birthday cake" that was all flowers too (no cake) - that was a pretty arrangement. Anyway, I found one local florist that was willing to try and they turned out great!
