I always put a leash on Bailey now also, because she will see a bird or a rabbit and off she goes. I even pick her now up before I answer the front door because she runs out on the porch to say hi, and I can just see me having to run down the street in my barefeet and pj's..LOL..

Thank you. I'm always telling my bf "Make sure his leash is on, etc" because of all that can happen, and it's just like of course, when I don't put his leash on..something does happen. I know my bf was panicked when I told him, so maybe it'll just re-inforce that to him to always leash him. If people come over, they go through our garage, so theres always a closed door that Rocky can't get out. If the rare chance someone does go to our front door, I pick him up also..I never noticed why, I just always do though

...PJ's would be the least of my problems then..LOL
