Typically small cans cost nearly as much as large cans. I buy large cans and open 1 can a week and feed 3 dinner meals from one can. It only lasts 2 days in the fridge so I feed what I can and pitch the rest. I feed kibble in the morning, except on weekends if he gets eggs. Even if a little big of the large can goes to waste I can at least get 3 meals out of it. Otherwise the small cans are 1-2 meals. I think the Merrick is like 1.70 vs. 1.99. Not worth buying small cans.
