I was going to do BIG Letters and post CANCEL IT !! but see you already did - you should consider yourself VERY lucky - there are lots of scam emails posted on THIS site if you use the search feature your can read more..... but you 'breeder' sounded very very fishy and you did the right thing getting back your money - so many aren't that lucky.
I'm so happy for you and the right puppy will come along....just think of it this way - you could be out the money AND a puppy if this lady was what we all think she was....and now at least you have the money for a new deposit on a REAL puppy.
you were very lucky she hadn't picked up the money...and please.... never wire money to anyone unless you know them very well.
