TX it sounds like a scam to me too, but even if it is legite $450 shipped spells at the least puppymill and I hope that if this does come through that you get a healthy pup. Now here is what to do; If you do not hear from this woman by tomorrow AM call your local prosecutor/district attorney (Not sure what they call them in your state) and ask if they have an internet fraud division. With the info. you have email addy for the woman, mailing address etc. They should be able to get a proper name and address for this person and help you out.
