Amber, I am so very sorry that you are having a bad day. Here is my recipe for you -- Send Peeka to Grandma's house for a couple of hours. Put the kids to bed early and seek out a STEAMING HOT BATH with your favorite beverage and book. Stay in the water (replenishing with hot) unitl all of your skin is wrinkled -- dry off with a warm fluffy towel AND put on your most comfy pj's you can find and crawl up in bed and do some lovin' on Daisy.
Things will settle -- it may take several weeks, but the newness of Daisy will wear off and soon she will be a full fledged member of the "pack" |
