Toto peed on a stranger's couch!!!!
My friend wanted me to meet a lady that she knew who had 7 Yorkies so we went to visit. Like a lot of people do, she seated us in her "formal" living room [gorgeous home BTW]. There were little Yorkies running all over the place and Toto [being the little anti-social that she is], was observing all of the action from the safety of my lap. I was so mesmerized by all the different little personalities that I didn't even notice that Toto slid off my lap and was glued to the side of my leg until I felt this really warm sensation! Yep! She peed a river leaving the whole leg of my pants
and this lady's beautiful sofa soaked!!
I have
never been so embarrassed in my entire life. The lady just laughed ... she said "You gotta know that's the first time that sofa has been peed on .... don't give it a second thought!" It didn't help my feelings any and she wouldn't let me clean it up! I
did grab a wee wee pad from Toto's bag and soaked it up as best I could. I have never met anyone so gracious and I will never get over that the longest day I live!!
