It is relatively easy to custom make an 'iron-on' motif using a good quality color printer and some of the special paepr. Home irons just don't get hot enough to set the ink to last forever and always, however if you treat the shirt gently while washing then it will last a while. You could always make several for a spare. Also, you have the option to get really creative and embellish the shirt to match not only what you are thinking, but what you are feeling.
