Gracie gets a bedtime snack of Yoplait regular vanilla yogurt. She goes crazy over it, and it really prevents diarrhea. One little carton lasts us 3-4 days. I give her 1/4-1/3. Just don't give your baby yogurt with artificial sweetener.
