Hello

My yorkies do the same thing. My veterinarian (who also owns yorkies) said that it's very common in yorkies & small breeds & has me feed my babies 1/2 piece of bread a day... to soak up the extra stomach bile. It totally works too... they never throw up anymore, except when I forget their bread. (I know... it sounds weird, but it works)
