I read that their selling point is that it is easier on the joints, back, etc, so it works well for all people - not matter what condition or shape. Saying that it was easier on people than the "ball" because it is stable and gives more support.
I was thinking more along the lines of me working out on my wood floors - ouch! Even w/ using the "ball" and my exercise mat, it can be killer on my back and knees, etc.
I just didn't know what to think of this? OR if anyone has used it before and if it really helps you more (more support, etc).
