Well i want a reduction i am a 36 DDD and i hate them my back hurts all the time and they are so heavy they get in the way of every thing and now that i have had 2 kids they are getting saggy. I am so scared to have the surgery so i will prob live with them the rest of my life. i could remove one whole boob and give everyone here a nice set lol. For those considering implants my friend had it done she loves it!! But don't go to big because they do cause problems on your back. It sucks for my wedding i had to buy a dress 3 times to big and have it altered just to fit my boobs
