The booklet!!!

You have to have the booklet written by Stanley B.

And as far as the syrup...... The only reason you use the Grade B over the A is because of the Mineral Content..... You are relying on this Mixture to FEED and clean your body for 10+ days! Why deprive it of those Minerals??? You will not loose more weight by taking away from yourself... If you cut the syrup in half, you won't loose more weight! I promise! You will need those few calories you get, I have watched people play with the mixture in hopes of turning it into a "diet" and all they manage to do is deplete themselves... What ends up happening is they end up weak half way through as a result. The mixture is a perfect balance. It keeps you going! It is designed to give you what your body needs to cleanse. And if you monkey around with it you are not going to get the full benefit!

So my best advice to anyone is: DO IT TO THE LETTER! Dont skip a thing! Don't take short cuts! Don't change anything! It works best the way it is, you don't need to improve on it! My Aunt Betty does not have a better way to do it nor does yours. Its perfect the way it is. Do it to the letter for ten days.... you'll see the results! You will feel better.... And no, 5, 7 or 8 is not just as good as 10

If your going to do the SWF (salt water flush) use the light grey celtic sea salt. and I reccomend the smooth move tea, its a senna blend and not as harsh as a pure senna tea... a pure senna tea will cause super killer cramps... you'll wish you were dead if you brew it a second too long! lol

A good insulated 32 oz bottle is enough to mix 3 servings in... and mixing them fresh is the best... if you mix them in big batches they aren't fresh and the lemon is not as "Active" So I would mix it 3 servings at a time. Plus... And if you are a slow drinker... I would be careful.. the pepper gets hotter as it sits in the liquid... this is only an issue for the first two days... after that you'll hardly taste the pepper... but that first day, you will, so don't let it stew...

And don't forget to drink plenty of water on top of the lemonade! You need the water too!
