Thanks for the great article!

I usually use a banana in a smoothie I drink every morning. The trouble I found was the bananas would start rotting after the third day after purchase. So I thought about freezing them! So now I peel them, slice them, and put them in a container in the freezer. Not only do they keep longer, but it's changed the consistency of my smoothie to a thick milkshake.
