In all seriousness though, I do want a reduction, then I want either a lift or implants.
I work with a bunch of gals who had them, and they love them. One gal has had to have them redone recently, but that was because her 1st surgery was 11 years ago. It was just time to have them redone. She loves them. All I can say, is to have lots of consultations with lots of surgons and see which one you feel most comfortable with. And don't rush into anything. Good Luck!
