Default New B looking for advise

I am new to YT...I have had yorkie's my entire life. My present baby has been with me for 8 years. My husband came into her life when she was 5 and he just loves her more than me! She has been the best dog, pottey trainned since she was a puppy, I have never had any issues with her. We call her a "diva dog" because she sometimes has an attitude, but she loves us as much as we love her. We are a little concerned because I am 7 months pregnant and she has been pee peeing on the carpet the last few weeks. This weekend, I saw that she threw up in the baby room! We have made every effort to make her apart of the new baby...let her in the room, smell the bedding, play on the floor of the baby room...She has always been the type to sit on the back of the couch until you return, but never peeing on the floor?
We are also thinking maybe she is getting older and accidents happen? Her diet has not changed, she is still that fun loving yorkie she always has been...we just want to make sure she does not feel left out in anyway.
Any suggestions?
