I don't blame you. I have had my fair share of groomer experiences with my toy poodle. She has super soft coat and never matted as well.........wonder why some groomer's love to shave everything off ?

Last groomer I went to shaved her pom poms.........I was furious but they are growing back. Her hair is all poofy right now due to the winter. When Spring comes, she'll be back in her bikini clip and pom poms
