I live in the Brandon-Bloomingdale-Valrico area. It's about 20-30 mins from Downtown. But you can double and sometimes triple that with all the traffic. The schools in the area are pretty good and there are tons of subdivisions out here. The only bad thing here is the traffic (as in all of Tampa). The subdivisions are somewhat newer then other parts of Tampa. South Tampa has older housing but it's pretty expensive for a median size home since it's so close to Tampa. My mom has a 1200 sq ft house in a decent neighborhood and it's about $275-300k. North Tampa is becoming pretty popular to live. There's a huge newer subdivision up there called Westchase. It's pretty much a little city of it's own. Housing is pricey there to. Any other questions i will answer! |
