You'll find that this site is awesome and the people here are great at giving advice.

Here's what I have to say about my yorkies. All depending on size on whether he would get along with other dogs. I have a yorkie that is 9 lbs full grown and she gets along with any kind of dog. We have Airdales around us and she does fine around them. Now, our little Mia, she's 4 months old and weighs 3 lbs and she is scared to death of any dog bigger than her. If you get a yorkie as a pup, he/she should be fine around other dogs, no matter what kind, as long as the other dog gets along with other dogs. (did that make sense?? lol).
