Default I don't know how people deal with

winter.....I am from a tropical country where its summer all year round. Now, I am in Toronto with a below zero freezing temperature...My body hasn't been reacting well to it and when the winter started, my whole body was aching, the bones feels like they are going to detached. Now, I sneeze every single morning. I do wear layers to go out, try to wear socks at home..the problem is I hate socks..the last time I wore them was way back in high school...And I am itching to go out to the Dollar Store but looking outside and the temperature that feels like -11C (I don't have a car), I don't feel like it anymore

How do people deal with it? Do you ever get used to it?
