1 .yes it will cause the hormones arent going crazy
2.no hes not just make sure you watch when u walk so people dont step on him
3 you can teel him to calm dont and show him ur mad and if he dont put him down when my litttle guy gets crazy i scratch his belly does ur little on ehave anything like that ?
4.a jacket is fine just make sure it not to cold out if ur freezeing hes prob more cold
5 his size sounds fine to me he still has lots of growing to go
