i've bought a few infomerical crap back in the days like this bbq pit that is collapsible and uses newpapers rather than charcoal. what a diaster!!!

on the other hand, i have also purchased the magic bullet and the doggy steps and i like them both. i use my magic bullet a lot to make smoothies in the morning. it's a lot easier than to break out with a big blender just for a single serving mug. i also use it for pasta sauce for 2 too and it works well. there's a trick to using it, but once you get the hang of it, it's pretty good. not as good as the infomerical but pretty decent.

the doggy steps are a bit cheap and cheesy but it gets the job done and i don't have to wait until next winter for my husband to make me one. so it gets a thumbs up from me too.
