Awwwww.......shucks!!!! Thanks everyone!

It's been a yucky weekend here, so we haven't been out much!

We went to one of our favorite pizza "joints" on Friday night and got some groceries (that were needed before the ice).

We have all been alittle "under the weather" so yesterday, I just laid around and did nothing! My parents came down yesterday and brought me some goodies (yay) - my mom loves to bake/cook and made me a dessert that was awesome! -- pastry layers w/ cream, raspberry and chocolate in between the layers. Oh my - was it ever so yummy!

My DH surprised me w/ some handmade wooden dog stairs for Mojo - I have been wanting some for our bedroom (four steps). He is also fixing/finishing up some things in the house too (things that we never finished when we moved in). --that is what I really wanted more than anything - I am crazy, huh?!

He has had strep throat, so he hasn't been feeling well. Yuck! I hate it when we are all sick, but the weather is nasty so we are home anyway. We normally take off for the weekend - just driving somewhere, anywhere we want, but not this time.

He gave me $200 this morning for whatever I want to buy w/ it (you know, he is not the romantic type) - the rule w/ the money was that it "HAD" to be spent on me - not for the house, not for Mojo or Katelyn....for me! --he knows me so well, people never give me money anymore because I always spend it on anything but myself (that is me though).

I will see what today has in store! My grandmother emailed saying that I needed to stop by next week (like I don't see her every week anyway, ha), and my sister is coming down if the roads aren't bad - I told her not too, but we will see. I haven't spoken w/ the inlaws today, but I kind of do not want them to come down (not that I don't love them, they just always bug my DH to do this or that for them -- and he is sooo busy w/ work and his own business, etc). Does that sound horrible of me??!! --I don't mean it too.

Anyway, enough rambling........THANK YOU ALL sooooo much! This is why I love (and spend all my free time) on YT! You all are GREAT!!!!
