Some of you know from other posts that I have a neighbor who keeps their dog (husky, malamute,etc-MIX) out in the fenced yard ALL the time. They have been pretty good about leaving the garage service door ajar when weather is bad but at 6 a.m. as we were leaving for breakfast today it was freezing rain out and poor Max was crying and banging on the closed door. He has NO other shelter. I called the police and when we came home around 7 from breakfast the door was ajar and poor Max was in the garage. Stupid people!!!
