Excederine is the only thing that works on my headaches. Sometime I get really bad make me sick ones, I suspect mild migraines although I've never formally been diagnosed. I use an ice pack. Hurts like the bejeebies, but if you can leave it on there long enough it goes away. I'm like put it on, pain pain pain (like a brain freeze), take it off, recover, put it on, etc, I do this a few times and then just totally rest/relax for a bit and it's gone. I think the combination of cold and pain shocks water blood flow is causing the headache pain and it goes away. |
