I didn't know about samples either but when I asked about their return policy if she didn't like it, they told me to ask for samples so I wouldn't waste my time returning food. Works for me... I tried Canidae and Bailey liked the Lamb & Rice but didn't like the other flavors I tried. |
What she really meant was... If this chick is going to be "returning" whole bags of food that we can't resale... we may as well be giving her samples untill she makes up her mind! Cause she's costing us money! lol Cause I NEVER get offered the sample first! Its always after I have returned something, and I'm about to buy another brand... its.... OH! I have a sample of that! Why don't you try it first! (so you don't ruin a bag of that!) Thats how I am.... I hate buying something and eating the cost if its not what I want.
I think sample packs or sample sizes are the perfect thing!!! I Love the option of even buying a sample size! I don't even mind paying for a sample... as long as I'm not buying a whole big deal of something that might not work. But Free samples make me very happy too!!!!
