I would not want a next time either, for many reasons. First being the mortality rate of the females in the litter, second the c-section your girl had to go through, and third the cost and no contract.
I also would question if he has studded other litters with such a high mortality rate. Not that you would get an honest answer anyway, but maybe she'll back down a bit. Did she give you any documentation that he is a proven stud or was this just a crap-shoot? to put it mildly. Good Luck with Mom and the Babies you have been Blessed with & with this Woman.
