I don't know what to do, everytime I put it on he just lays there. I have tried treats, favorite toys, everything i can think of, once the harness comes off he is back to his old self. I don't know what I am doing wrong???!!! It is so frustrating. We went to puppy school and he wouldn't even play during off leash time, he just laid there.

Someone please help.
