Don't know if he should be seen by a vet...I'm sure someone on here will be able to tell you, but yorkies were bred to be working dogs and ratters at that, so it's in his blood! It's good to know that despite their progression to laps of luxury, that terrier, ratter instinct is still alive!  |
I agree with you on thinking its Awesome!!!
I love to see any breed "do" what it was originally bred to. Now not saying that I wouldn't want to make SURE nothing was contracted from the pesky rodent and if your little one isn't utd on all vaccines especially rabies, I'd consult your vet...probably wouldn't hurt to give them a call anyway and let them know... but I say way to go all the same!
